Creamy Taco Soup (Meat & Dairy Recipes)

Meat Recipe
______________________________________________________________________
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef or 1 pound of shredded chicken
1 cup of beef broth
1 cup of coconut cream |
2 cups of marinara sauce
2 diced tomatoes
2 diced bell peppers
4 minced garlic cloves
2 diced onions
1 Packet of Ortega taco seasoning
1 avocado sliced
Olive oil for frying
Corn tortillas

Dairy Recipe

Ingredients:
Morning star grillers crumble
1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup of cream cheese
2 cups of marinara sauce
2 diced tomatoes
2 diced bell peppers
4 minced garlic cloves
2 diced onions
1 Packet of Ortega taco seasoning
1 avocado sliced
Olive oil for frying
Corn tortillas

 Directions
______________________________________________________________________
Heat a large pot and add oil. Add the onions and garlic and fry for 3 mins, stirring occasionally. Add the ground beef (Morning Star Grillers Crumbles) and cook for an additional 8 mins. Be sure to break apart the meat throughout the cook.

After the 8 mins finish, add the bell peppers, diced tomatoes, marinara sauce, coconut cream (cream cheese), beef broth (vegetable broth), and all the Ortega taco seasoning. Cook for an additional 15-20 mins. Wait for a thick consistency. Add soup to bowl and place avocado and sliced limes (shredded cheese) on top as garnish. Heat up the tortillas on a flame, cut into triangles and slip into the soup before serving.
